We WILL NOT accept returns, under any circumstances. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and made without explicit or implied warranty of merchantability or otherwise.

This is for your safety. As a company, we need to be able to verify the chain of custody of all of our products, and the conditions in which they are handled, and/or stored. Imagine if we sold you something, that someone else ordered, left in their car for a week during a heatwave, and then sent it back to us. We believe you didn’t leave it in a hot car, we believe that you didn’t take it out of the shipping box. We hear you and believe you….but we can’t KNOW. And neither do our customers. It’s nothing personal.

However, in the event that we have made a mistake, we will work to correct it IMMEDIATELY. In this situation, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package to discuss.

Any returns of products are at the sole discretion of Ript Extracts and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not except exchanges.
